CHOCOLATE HEARTS to fall in love on Valentine’s Day ♥ ♥
A simple idea to decorate our sweet … These hearts are very quick to make in a few steps:
1.- Draw with a pencil hearts on tracing paper and we remark.
2.- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler (can be black chocolate, milk or white, which they like, while using chocolate dessert).
3.- We let temper chocolate.
4.- Place the chocolate in pastry bag or greaseproof paper cones.
5.- Open the tip, leaving a not too small or too large orifice, this will determine the thickness of our hearts (tip: go testing little by little until it looks like we want).
6.- Place the paper with drawings down on a plate, then enter our fridge.
7.- Draw with chocolate the silhouettes drawn hearts.
8.- Once you have made the contours, we made chocolate lines, from one side to another by joining the edges.
9.- We took the plate to the refrigerator to cool and harden.
Once they are cold, they are ready to decorate our sweet!!
